lake powell 2009

Well we took our annual Lake Powell family vacation this last week and everyone was able to make it down for at least a few days except for Lacey and her sweet little babies. We missed them alot! Besides the fact that the weather was kinda crappy we had a great time.. My boyfriend, Chris brought his waverunners so those provided some extra fun! we played ALOT of games and ate ALOT of junk food but it was very fun.. and now i'm leaving next monday to go down with Chris' family! We are going to the Arizona side which will be different because i have never been there and we are staying in a hotel so that will be a very nice change!! i'll get to shower and get clean every night! bad blogger ALERT!!

haha.. well since it's been about 3 months since my last post i better catch you all up on my life.. I'm still working and doing hair at what is now named A New You Salon, previously La Villa Salon.. I love all the girls i work with so that makes it so much fun! Nikki and I are now doing glitter toe parties which is really fun! we just go to people's houses and do a bunch of glitter toes it's so much fun! I've been down to st george a couple times so that has been fun.. chris came with me once and we just relaxed and went to the pool a few times.. and then i went with my family for my grandma and grandpa's 60th wedding anniversary party! my life is going great i'm having lots of fun with chris and work and everything! all i need is a vacation some place warm, where i can sit in the sun and get a tan!! haha.. well here are a few photos from the last couple months..

well it seems like it's just the thing to do at the brems house is to get married.. Not ME!! haha.. Kenyon and Shayli and now officially mr and mrs. brems! they got married january 2nd in the mount timpanogos temple and they both looked amazingly happy! i am so glad that shayli is a part of my family now she fits in very well!! and i love her!! kenyon is a very lucky guy! and i keep telling shayli that her cool points went up like a whole ton because she is now a BREMS!!! haha.. (props to kenyon!) well WELCOME TO THE FAM SHAY!!! YOUR STUCK NOW!!! i love you mrs. kenyon brems!!

New Years Eve!

New Years Eve 2009! that's crazy to say.. as i get older i swear time goes by so much faster.. This new years was more relaxing than some in the past i just hung out with chris and some of his friends and played games and ate pizza and we had to watch transformers!! don't worry i fell asleep so chris will probably make me watch it again.. haha..

..christmas as the only single child.. blah!!!

today was a very unusual day for me.. i am the youngest of five kids but i am the only one not married!! haha.. and all of my brothers and sisters spent christmas with the in-laws so i got to spend christmas alone with the parents!! kinda strange.. i told my mom that it felt more like my birthday because they were just staring at me opening my presents but even that didn't feel right because i;m used to sharing my birthday with nikki.. i got some clothes a bunch of money! thanks mommy & daddy!!! oh and of course i had to get some practical gifts too!! i mean i am a brems.. so i got a cocoamotion! yay.. and some christmas decorations for when i have a house of my own!
all in all today was a good day i got to see all my family except for my sister mckell and her fam, which i missed that! but we will get to all be together next weekend for my brothers wedding! yay!!!

Thanksgiving In St. George..

Now that it is almost Christmas i decided i should post about my Thanksgiving.. Well my family went down to visit our wonderful parents in St. George! Me, Nikki & Logan, and Chris, Lacey & Tay all drove down together in Chris' big motor home.. It was very roomy but it definately took longer than driving in a car.. While we were down there we took some fun family pictures and we went early morning shopping! We rented some rhinos and drove those around.. That was really fun! And of course played alot of games and ate alot of food!My mom gave me a one on one golfing lesson! And most importantly i got to play with baby tay and baby owen alot! i just love them.. Over all the trip was very fun and it was very nice to get away for a few days!
